As soon as we have received the UV unit to be repaired, we will start with the inspection*.
You will then receive a detailed cost estimate including estimated delivery time, with a request for approval!
*Costs may be incurred here, which are to be borne by the customer!

Shipping instructions for UV units

Please note that the UV lamp(s) must be removed before despatch. Otherwise we cannot accept any liability for transport damage to installed UV lamps.

Defective UV units are not checked for damage in our incoming goods department. An inspection is only carried out as part of the assessment to prepare a cost estimate, which may take several weeks after receipt of the goods.

This note does not apply to LED units.
