UV varnishing for complex geometries
As part of a funded research project carried out by Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (one of Europe's largest foundations promoting innovative environmental projects - DBU), Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH and the UV system manufacturer IST METZ GmbH tested the coating and curing of three-dimensional objects with solvent-free UV varnish systems

There was an intensive selection process for the annual prize-giving ceremony, organised by Caritas Baden-Württemberg in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, with the ten-man jury for the “Small Business Prize for Social Responsibility” particularly impressed with the idea by IST METZ to closely collaborate with the workshop on the Neckar in Wendlingen.
