At the ICE USA, which will take place in Louisville, USA, from 9 to 11 April 2019, UV system manufacturer IST Metz will present a broad portfolio of curing systems using UV lamp and LED technology at stand 1052. With the BLK LAMPcure UV system, IST Metz is presenting a unit that combines the specific requirements of the market for curing technology with the latest technical developments in UV system construction. The unit convinces with a significant increase in drying performance compared to conventional UV systems without increasing the UV lamp output. This means increased productivity with reduced operating costs.
LED product range serves a wide range of applications
IST Metz offers a complete range of LED products. The LEDcure range cures LED inks, varnishes and adhesives within fractions of a second. The compact design of the LED modules used allows installation in a wide range of machines. Together with its subsidiary Integration Technology, which specializes in digital printing, IST Metz GmbH offers the world's largest product portfolio of LED systems. Depending on the required power and installation space, water- or air-cooled systems can be suitable. The LEDcure range features XT8 booster technology for up to 30% more power than conventional systems.
HANDcure mobility paired with high performance
The eye-catcher at the show will be the HANDcure handset, an LED solution that is characterized by simple handling, flexibility and performance. The HANDcure for spot and area irradiation is typically used for networking and detection. The device has a spectral range from 365nm to 415nm and weighs 1.0kg in the basic version. This ensures fatigue-free work in a wide range of applications.
