Information for customers, partners and suppliers

Dear suppliers, partners and customers,

Dear Sir or Madam,

On the occasion of the worldwide spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), these days especially in Europe and North America, those responsible at IST Metz GmbH have decided to take further measures. The safety and health of our employees, partners and customers, as well as the economic health of our company itself, are our top priority.

Therefore, since last week, the majority of our office staff have been working from home. As a further consequence, we have decided to bring our company to the lowest production level in order to concentrate on parts and services without endangering the safety of our employees.

IST Metz will run its company processes at the lowest level from Thursday 26.03.2020. The measures will last until April 9th. According to the current status, IST Metz GmbH will resume operations as usual after Easter, on 14 April 2020. Since we would like to be there for you even in these difficult times, we have set up an emergency service for our spare parts business and a service hotline. Our aim is to maintain this as long as possible. In urgent cases please contact our service hotline (+49 7022 6002 87) or send us an e-mail (service@ist-uv.com). Our sales representatives can be contacted as usual.

We hope that we can soon be fully available for you again. Stay healthy!

Your team from

IST Metz GmbH
