1. Distance control in other rooms
Keep at least 1.5 m distance from others.
2.Regulation on further hygiene measures
Wash your hands regularly and for about 30 seconds with soap in the designated sanitary facilities.
3.Suspect case regulation
If you should show COVID-19-relevant symptoms (especially fever, cough, shortness of breath), cancel your appointment with IST or leave the company immediately and contact a doctor. Stay at home until the suspicion has been clarified and inform IST in case of a positive test result.
4.Regulation on alternative protective measures
Personal protective equipment in the form of mouth-nose covers is not compulsory.

Purpose and Legal basis of data processing:
Purpose: Contact tracing in the event of an identified infection with SARS-Cov-2; the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as Art. 9 para. 2 lit. i) DSGVO in conjunction with § 22 para. 1 no. 1 lit. c) BDSG. The processing is necessary in order to protect employees in our company and, if necessary, to find contact persons of persons suffering from Covid-19 and to be able to inform them in time. Thus, the processing serves your health and that of your fellow human beings.
The information on the contact questionnaire is collected in accordance with Section 6, Paragraph 1 of the Corona Ordinance (CoronaVO) of the State of Baden-Württemberg and in conjunction with Section 28a, Paragraph 4 of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG). These provisions require the company to collect and process the data.
Recipients of the collected contact data:
The data collected shall be transmitted to the competent health authorities at their request, insofar as this is necessary for contact tracing in the case of an established infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Any other use of the data is not permitted, cf. § 28a para. 4 sentence 3 IfSG..
Transfer to third countries outside the EU:
Data will not be transferred to third countries.
Obligation to provide the data:
There is no obligation to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the required data, we cannot grant you a visit to our company.
Storage period:
The contact details are kept for a period of four weeks and then destroyed (§ 28a para. 4 p. 4 IfSG).
Your rights with regard to processing:
As a data subject, you have the right to information and the right to correction with regard to your collected personal data, as well as a right to deletion of your data after the expiry of the retention period vis-à-vis the company. To do this, you can contact the company using the above contact details. Irrespective of this, the company must delete the data after the above-mentioned retention period has expired.
