At Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona, IST METZ will present a newly developed product range for label printing. The focus will be on UV and LED UV systems that can be adapted to different production and process requirements.
Under the motto “Digitally connected. Intelligently controlled. Perfectly cured”, IST METZ and IST INTECH will showcase a comprehensive technology portfolio.
Flexible UV systems for label printing
A key highlight will be LEDcure NX with optional SMARTcure technology. SMARTcure supports job-specific output settings and, in combination with format-dependent zone control, enables targeted activation of the required LED segments.
The portfolio is complemented by FREEcure. With suitable formulations, the technology enables photoinitiator-free or reduced-photoinitiator UV curing processes, opening up additional possibilities for migration-sensitive printing applications.
