We can look back on a high-calibre and extremely successful online seminar: the free webinars on the topic of FREEcure – UV curing without photoinitiators took place on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 and offered participants an in-depth insight into our pioneering curing technology.
Led by Arnd Riekenbrauck, Head of Sales Web/Converting at IST METZ, numerous interested parties from research, development and production learned about the possibilities of FREEcure. Key advantages such as process reliability in curing without photoinitiators, improved material properties and more efficient production methods were demonstrated.
Attendance was very high and many questions were asked by the participants. Particular emphasis was placed on the applicability of the technology in various industrial sectors – from coatings in mechanical engineering to high-tech applications and applications in the wood and flooring industry.
‘We are thrilled with the response – the audience was very engaged and asked numerous questions,’ said Riekenbrauck. ‘Our goal was to explain the FREEcure technology using practical applications and to engage in direct dialogue with experts – we succeeded in doing so in every respect.’
