The SV Generalagentur Pfeiffer & Einsele GbR (insurance company) in Nürtingen once again supports the social commitment of IST METZ GmbH with a donation of 2000 euros to the IST METZ STIFTUNG- ZEIT FÜR MENSCHEN (IST METZ Foundation - Time for people).
Jens Pfeiffer and Michael Einsele, directors of the insurance company, handed over the donation of 2000 euros to IST METZ managing director Christian-Marius Metz and foundation spokeswoman Silvia Zuckrigl. “We are very happy about the donation”, says Silvia Zuckrigl. “This will enable us to further expand long-term projects in the Werkstatt am Neckar in Wendlingen (diaconal institution) and to initiate new ones.”
Social commitment in daily work routine
The IST METZ STIFTUNG- ZEIT FÜR MENSCHEN is working closely with Werkstatt am Neckar. The diaconal institution serves the professional rehabilitation of mentally ill persons. The activities of the foundation are closely interlinked with IST METZ. For example, social learning is part of the training plan of the trainees, who work with the employees in the workshop for two weeks.
Through the financial and temporal commitment of the IST METZ STIFTUNG, employees are to be sustainably promoted and supported in their personal and professional development. This includes the provision of internships or the holding of courses, such as back exercises, painting or music lessons.
