Important: This form only applies to UV and LED UV units. For other parts, please use the corresponding form for all other parts.
Please note that the UV lamp(s) must be removed before despatch. Otherwise we cannot accept any liability for transport damage to installed UV lamps.
Defective UV units are not checked for damage in our incoming goods department. An inspection is only carried out as part of the assessment to prepare a cost estimate, which may take several weeks after receipt of the goods.
This note does not apply to LED units.
