SPOTCURE systems are used wherever short cycle times and maximum process reliability are paramount. Adhesive methods which benefit particularly from controlled light output, even in the short-wave spectral range up to 220 nm, are those dependent on this particularly high-energy short-wave UVC light. The SPOTcure 01 UV system was specially developed for the high-precision spot curing of UV adhesives in manual bonding processes. The system delivers performance upt to 2,000 mW.
The SPOTCURE 05 UV system is based on a UV lamp system and is ideal for use in batch production. The coupling of UVC takes place via fibre optics. Short exposure times combined with a high light output enable cycle times of as little as 0.2 seconds.
The SPOTcure 07 is a spot light source with up to 50 W/cm² and is equipped with 2 LED wavelenghts. Fibre optics permit accurate and rapid bonding. The SPOTcure 07 UV system is used wherever short cycle times and maximum process reliability are paramount.
The SPOTCURE 09 combines radiation power and spectral characteristics of a mercury arc lamp with the TCO and process benefits of LED technology. Following a platform concept approach the SPOTCURE 09 is capable to combine up to 5 high performance LEDs in the optical path. This allows for significantly elevated radiation power levels across a broad output spectrum.
