High-performance light sources and fibre optic cables have been in use in industry for many years. These include the SPOTcure 07, which is suitable for precise bonding and curing in a wide range of industrial applications. The SPOTcure system is used wherever short cycle times and maximum process reliability are paramount. Adhesive methods which benefit particularly from controlled light output, even in the short-wave spectral range up to 320 nm, are those dependent on this particularly eventful short-wave UVC light.
Excimer lamps for display cleaning
The IST METZ product portfolio also includes excimer lamps, which are used to clean displays several times during the production process. In this way, organic impurities that would reduce the adhesion and quality of the display can be reliably removed.
BLK LAMPcure – the most economical UV system of its kind
The UV system BLK LAMPcure was developed for the highest industrial requirements. It convinces by a significant increase in drying performance compared to conventional UV systems without increasing the UV lamp output. This means increased productivity and production reliability with reduced operating costs.
